Lithonia High School is currently seeking an Academic Coach, Social Studies who utilizes best practices to increase student achievement. The primary responsibility is to implement, deliver and promote high academic expectations to all students. The ideal candidate must work collaboratively with team members and must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities- Implement, deliver and promote high academic expectations to all students.
- Collaborate with team members to support student achievement.
- Valid Professional Standards Commission approved certificate at level 4 or higher in the content area specified.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Grade: E
Salary Schedules:
This is a one-year position funded through the use of Title I funds. The position will end on or before June 30, 2027. The applicant accepting this position must apply for an available position and be recommended for a new position to continue employment with the DeKalb County School District for the school year.
