Distribution Engineering Technical Trainer
We are seeking a Distribution Engineering Technical Trainer with 5–10 years of experience to develop and deliver training for electrical distribution engineering. This role focuses on building technical capability, ensuring alignment with company standards, and strengthening engineer performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver engaging training on:
- Distribution system design (load flow, voltage drop, network optimization)
- Company standards and regulatory compliance
- Translate complex engineering concepts into practical, easy-to-understand training content
- Mentor and coach engineers to improve technical performance
- Create and maintain training materials, curriculum, and documentation
- Lead interactive training sessions and reinforce safety and quality standards
- Promote best practices in project execution and documentation
- Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and evolving needs
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
- 5–10 years of distribution engineering experience
- Experience training, mentoring, or coaching engineers
- Strong knowledge of distribution systems, design standards, and compliance
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
