We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Senior Accountant to join our team. This role involves overseeing all aspects of our accounting operations, including inventory accounting, general ledger management, and Excel-based reporting. The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Job Details

Salary: $105,000 - $115,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Managing the general ledger (GL) and ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and up to date.

Utilizing accounting software such as Microsoft GP & Excel to manage financial data and generate reports.

Leveraging advanced Excel skills to analyze data, including pivot tables and V‑Lookup.

Preparing comprehensive financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.

Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

Collaborating with other members of the finance team to develop strategies for financial growth and stability.

Conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial data.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role.

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and V‑Lookup are essential).

Solid understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, financial reporting, and data analysis.

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Strong analytical skills and ability to make data‑driven decisions.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
