Maintenance Supervisor – Gateway Management Company
Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Heritage Townhomes apartment community located in Lithonia, GA. This position is responsible for performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain, repair and improve our apartment communities, and to work with management to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company.
Job Type: Full Time
Requirements- Two or more years of verifiable maintenance experience
- HVAC certification and working experience required
- EPA certification preferred
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently
- Proof of car insurance and a valid driver’s license required
