What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor plant equipment to support safe and efficient production
- Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of plant systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with safety standards
- Communicate operational issues and coordinate with team members and supervisors
- Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures during assigned shift
What Are We Looking For
- Ability to safely operate industrial equipment and follow detailed procedures
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Mechanical aptitude with the capability to learn plant operations and systems
- Dependable team member with effective communication skills
- Willingness to work 2nd shift, overtime, and weekends as needed
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
