Aggregate Plant Manager

Heidelberg Materials seeks an Aggregate Plant Manager to lead daily operations at a high-volume aggregates facility. You'll oversee production, quality, safety, and maintenance while managing and developing a multi-disciplinary team. Key responsibilities include optimizing plant performance, enforcing MSHA/OSHA and company safety standards, managing budgets and inventory, coordinating equipment repairs, and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the aggregate plant to meet production and quality targets.
• Implement and enforce MSHA/OSHA and company safety policies.
• Manage, coach, and schedule plant staff and contractors.
• Plan and coordinate equipment maintenance and downtime.
• Monitor costs, prepare and manage operating budgets.
• Ensure regulatory and environmental compliance.
• Optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee inventory, materials handling, and logistics coordination.
• Track key performance indicators and prepare operational reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams on capital projects and process enhancements.
