Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement strategic marketing plans including digital campaigns, social media, and in-restaurant events.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses, schools, and organizations through sponsor ships and events.
• Organize engaging community and in-restaurant events to attract and retain customers.
• Collaborate with restaurant leadership to ensure an exceptional customer experience that boosts brand loyalty.
• Track marketing effectiveness and sales data, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support restaurant operations during peak hours to gain hands‑on experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or related roles, preferably in food service, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and event planning.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable marketing strategies.
• Passionate about Chick-fil-A’s values, self‑motivated, creative, and detail‑oriented.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
