Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including opening and closing procedures.;
Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding store and individual goals.;
Assist in communicating the store's operational goals to maximize the teams contributions toward the sales plan.;
Direct and maintain merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards and floor sets.;
Train and enforce security policies and procedures; ensure safety of associates by identifying dangerous situations.
