As a Retail Selling Colleague, you blend results‑driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You understand each customer’s needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with the right products and services on the sales floor or fitting room. By focusing on customer engagement and smart selling behaviors you meet sales goals, build trust, and inspire loyalty, turning everyday visits into memorable moments.

• Start each day energized, wearing your name badge with pride, greeting teammates, and ensuring the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers.
• Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top‑selling items, and stay current on trends and promotions to engage customers confidently.
• Offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations to build customer relationships.
• Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting needed merchandise moves.
• Finish the day strong by sharing Loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have what they need, and ending with a sincere thank you while walking the package with the customer’s name.
• Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities.
• Continuously improve your work, achieve sales goals, and learn from others to deliver individual and store results.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• • Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
  • Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
  • Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
  • Meet daily sales goal challenges.

• Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours and lifting at least 25 lbs.
• Stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level.
• Requires good vision including color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and the cash register to process transactions.
