• Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact: greet teammates, ensure the sales floor is clean and organized.
• Focus on the customer on the floor: offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations to build relationships.
• Maintain a shoppable space: recover the floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support any needed merchandise moves.
• Finish strong: share our Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have everything they need, and end with a sincere thank‑you, often walking the package around and using the customer’s name.
• Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration so we can better serve our customers and communities.
• Strive for excellence every day: take pride in our work, achieve sales goals, and learn from each other to deliver individual and store results.

Flex Team Colleagues have minimum work requirements of 42 hours per quarter during the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd fiscal quarters (February – April, May – July, August – October). During the 4th fiscal quarter (November – January) you will be required to work a minimum of 60 hours during the quarter. Although you have an hours requirement by quarter, you are not required to pick up any shifts (although you may be assigned shifts during key days).

The minimum number of hours may be subject to change and a minimum number of weekend shifts may be required.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
• Meet daily sales goal challenges.
• Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
• Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; can work on own but is great with team dynamics.
• Can handle electronic devices with no problem.

• This position requires talking, lifting, continuous moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Stand for at least two consecutive hours, lift at least 25 lbs, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders, reach, including above eye level.
• Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions.
