Responsibilities
- Join the team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers fulfilling merchandising needs through communication & relationship building
- Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
- Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives
- Optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps
- Order product via iPad Tablet for shelf and display
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through Mondelēz' guidelines
- Ensure Sales Representative's negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
- Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store
- Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and can work independently
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
- Meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location:
Lithonia, GA
Demonstrates strong merchandising capabilities through effective communication and relationship building, ensuring optimal product visibility and adherence to company guidelines. Capable of managing in-store displays and executing promotional strategies while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
