Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Equipment Salesperson located in Lithonia, GA. The Equipment Salesperson will be responsible for driving sales by assisting customers in selecting construction and agricultural equipment that best fits their needs. Daily tasks involve engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, conducting equipment demonstrations, preparing quotes, and managing transactions. The role also includes building and maintaining strong customer relationships and staying informed about product offerings to provide knowledgeable advice.
Qualifications- Sales and Customer Service skills, with proven experience engaging with clients and building strong relationships.
- Technical knowledge of construction and agricultural equipment or a willingness to learn about product features and functionality.
- Effective Communication and Presentation skills for discussing equipment features, benefits, and pricing with customers.
- Negotiation and Problem‑Solving skills to address customer concerns and close sales.
- Organizational skills for managing quotes, orders, and customer records accurately.
- Proficiency in using sales or CRM software and basic computer skills.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally as required for client visits or equipment demonstrations.
- Prior experience in sales, agriculture, or construction industries is a plus.
