Observe activities to detect theft and collect investigative evidence using CCTV and floor observations;
Conduct external interviews with customers and contractors suspected of theft;
Report suspected fraud and policy infractions to Asset Protection and store leadership;
Create and manage records for apprehensions, witness statements, evidence retention, and disposition of recovered merchandise;
Assist with asset protection audits and travel to stores as needed
