Warehouse Lead

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficiency. As a Warehouse Lead, you will coordinate team activities, monitor workflows, and maintain a safe and organized work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet operational goals in a fast-paced setting.

Job Title:

Warehouse Lead Pay Rate: $17.00

Schedule:

6:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Friday - Sunday

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide warehouse staff in daily operations, including receiving, inventory management, and shipping.
• Monitor workflows to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Train and onboard new team members in warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Conduct inventory checks and assist with resolving discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to coordinate operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or a related supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
