About the RoleWe’re looking for an enthusiastic and personable Patient Concierge to be the welcoming face of our office. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating exceptional first impressions.
Responsibilities- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage scheduling, confirmations, and patient flow efficiently
- Answer phone calls and assist with patient inquiries
- Collect and post payments, verify insurance, and process forms accurately
- Support the clinical team with smooth daily operations
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered culture
- Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dental front office experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and empathy
- A proactive problem solver who loves being part of a team
