North Group Consultants is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant / Human Resources Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and hiring support to our Consultants while advancing our mission. By demonstrating our twin pillars of focused efficiency and gracious hospitality, the successful candidate will embrace North Group’s values and serve with an others‑centered focus. In this role, the Executive Assistant / Human Resources Coordinator will support our Consultants through administrative excellence—including scheduling, calendar management, data entry, proofreading, and preparing correspondence.
Additionally, the Executive Assistant / Human Resources Coordinator will play a key part in supporting our hiring and assessment processes by reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing project workflow. The ability to work collaboratively with the administrative team and take initiative to ensure the success of team members and clients is essential to the role.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an office / business setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Successful track record of effective project management across multiple work streams or related experience with organization and time management and attention to detail
- Proactive problem‑solver who anticipates needs and acts independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Human Resources administrative tasks, a plus
- Community involvement, desired
