Schedule
  • Full-time position (40 hours)
  • 5-day work week (Mon - Fri 7am-3:30pm)

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee timely warranty returns and resolutions
  • Analyze reports for operational decision-making
  • Enter promotional data into the ERP system
  • Process invoices and ensure timely payments
  • Schedule and verify local advertising campaigns
  • Coordinate print projects with vendors from start to delivery
  • Manage project requests in the project management system
  • Monitor inventory and order necessary supplies
  • Schedule vendor meetings for effective communication
  • Assist with copywriting for marketing efforts
  • Bank and post office deliveries
  • Prepare new customer onboarding packets
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Initiative to solve problems independently
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
