The Production Coordinator position is a support position and is a key link between the contracted growers, service techs, and company management. The position is responsible for assisting the Production Team in day-to-day tasks to ensure efficient operations. The Production Coordinator position has duties including but not limited to assisting with contract coordination, flock settlement initiation, layer P & L’s, chick housing folders, pullet scheduling, organizing files and compliance assistance as needed.

MINIMUM

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a valid PA driver’s license

Minimum of 2 years of relevant agricultural business experience

Must have a demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Must be proficient and comfortable using computers and computer software including Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to lift, bend and stand for long periods of time.

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
