Overview
Wage:$17.00 an hour
This is a full time position at our Corporate Office, requiring 7:30am-5pm availability Monday through Friday, with rotating weekend availability.

- Types up and distributes sales plans along with ad copies for store managers for upcoming sales.
- Sends out advertising sheets to vendors for collection of advertising money.
- Provides support duties to the Fresh Foods Buyers.
- Performs other miscellaneous clerical work, i.e. photo copying, shredding, filing, intercompany mail.
- Oversees warehouse orders for all locations, ensuring all stores have ordered the necessary products for upcoming sales.
- Maintains reports, i.e. vendor lists, product descriptions and customer lists.
- Handles all billing on invoices pertaining to Purchase Orders.
- Covers Retail Scan Team duties when needs arise (including but not limited to high volume of work or vacations).
- Compiles all purchase orders and vendor orders. Emails to the appropriate locations.
- Balances the warehouse inventory and makes adjustments in computer.
- Assists the store departments in handling issues regarding proper pricing and works efficiently to rectify them.
- Adds and/or edits pricing information in the scale, sign, label and pricing systems. Email store departments with any pricing issues and/or changes.
- Business math, calculator, general office proficiency and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced, high volume work environment.
- Basic skills in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
