Proposal Coordinator

We’re partnering with a well-established organization in the insurance industry that’s looking to add a Proposal Coordinator to support its Producer Services team through its busiest season. This role is expected to run through the end of the year, with strong potential to become a permanent position. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, data entry, and keeping things organized behind the scenes.

• Process insurance quote requests with speed and accuracy
• Enter and maintain data in Excel, Salesforce, and carrier systems
• Prepare proposal documents and supporting materials
• Communicate with internal team members via email
• Maintain organized electronic records
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Strong administrative and data entry experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Insurance experience is a plus, but not required

• Hybrid schedule after training (approximately one day per week in the office)
• Opportunity for overtime during peak season
