Overview:
The Administrative Generalist at Friendship Community is a full-time position that supports the Maintenance Department by completing a variety of administrative and clerical duties.
The Administrative Generalist will schedule routine maintenance repairs, support purchasing functions for the organization, log vehicle records and registration inspection records, and complete other administrative tasks relating to the needs of the Maintenance Department.

- A high school education is required, additional related training preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, telephone, and writing.
- Proficiency in MS office Suite, property management software and can learn new systems, software and technology.
- Ability to be flexible, prioritize, and multi-task.

The noise level in the work environment is usually mild to moderate.
The TM may occasionally drive a company vehicle to go to a home for their required caseload or outside training opportunities.
