• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of receptionist, administrative, or related experience
• Working knowledge of receptionist and front office responsibilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment
• A positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
