We are seeking a Senior Partnership Development Manager to lead the growth andgotomarket strategy for CNA across Chain Restaurants, Convenience Stores, and Grocery segments. This leader drives new partner acquisition, strengthens market presence, and ensures successful onboarding and long-term value creation.
ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development
- Lead and coach the R&R Partnership Development team focused onacquiringand onboarding new partners.
- Recruit talent, setobjectives, manage performance, and develop training plans to close skill gaps.
- Guide the team through Deal Desk processes to ensure strong negotiation outcomes and strategic deal quality.
Growth Strategy & Sales Execution
- Build and execute the strategic growth plan for the R&R vertical, including personnel needs and market expansion.
- Develop pipelines through targeted outreach, sales strategies, networking, conferences, and industry boards.
- Identifyideal partners using Core Customer Mapping and ensure strongearlystageengagement.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Align with Finance and leadership to set revenue and profitability targets.
- Partner with Platform, Business Relations, Account Support, Logistics, Development, Analytics, Procurement, and Project Management to ensure high quality partner experience from onboarding onward.
- Coordinate with Merchant and Operations teams to align pricing strategies for R&R clients.
Operational Excellence & Systems Leadership
- Support the rollout and adoption of the holistic CRM; ensure proper usage and process consistency.
- Establish and refine processes that streamline collaboration with internal teams and strengthen onboarding workflows.
Industry Expertise & External Representation
- Represent CNA at trade shows, associations, and industry panels as a subject matter expert.
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity; deliver quarterly insights to leadership.
- Build andmaintainstrategic vendor relationships to support growth and partner success.
Additional Responsibilities
- Contributespecial initiatives andcrossdepartmentalprojectsassigned by leadership.
