• Provide clear, professional communication to customers and internal parties
• Assist in the definition of project scope, goals, and deadlines to create competitive quotes
• Make effective decisions and include appropriate value‑engineering
• Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities
• Understand the Company’s capabilities, capacity and limitations
• Coordinate all information pertaining to and status of the project
• Adjust schedules and targets on the project for all parties involved as needed to meet timeline commitments
• Motivate people involved in the project to complete tasks on time
• Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of metal manufacturing and fabrication
• Basic MS apps (Excel, Word)
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing prints
• Google apps (Gmail, Docs, etc.)

• Mechanical aptitude
• Data management software (Enterprise, ERP, CRM, etc.)
• CAD software
• Understanding of business finance
