Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies assigned;
Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking;
Support team sales process by participating in client outreach through outbound calls and identifying client needs;

Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures and risk management policies;
Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, handling workload based on branch demands
