Mor Smiles is growing, and we’re looking for a personable, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. If you love building relationships, delivering exceptional care, and working in a supportive, modern environment, we’d love to meet you.

• Provide high-quality preventive care, periodontal therapy, and patient education
• Build trust and connection with patients at every visit
• Partner with the doctor to co-dose and communicate needed treatment
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established hygiene protocols
• Help create a smooth, efficient patient flow throughout the day
• Contribute positively to a collaborative, team-oriented environment

• 1-3 years experience preferred but not required
• Active Pennsylvania RDH license (required)
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and patient-education abilities
• Comfort with technology and digital charting
• A professional, reliable, and proactive approach to patient care
• Someone who values consistency, protocol, and teamwork
