The Process/ Project Engineering Co-Op is a 6 to 12 month experience designed to help college students develop leadership, technical, and communication skills through practical business experience and ongoing training, development, coaching and mentorship. This role will enable the student to have real‑life work application of concepts and theories learned in the classroom in a consumer products manufacturing facility. This is a full‑time (minimum 40 hours per week) assignment.

These position report into the Make Excellence PMO Manager and is located at the Lititz, PA facility.

• Project Management Support
• Data Analysis and Root Cause Problem Solving
• Supporting the development and implementation of innovative methods to improve site processes and performance metrics
• Validation Activity Support

• Legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. and not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1‑B status)
• Actively enrolled in an accredited university through the duration of co‑op assignment pursuing a Bachelor’s:
  Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Packaging, Computer, Bio‑Medical, Electrical)
• Ability to commit to at least a 6 to 12 month duration, minimum 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday) for the length of the assignment, starting in June /July 2026 and continuing until December 2026 with an opportunity to extend into the Winter / Spring of 2027 fully onsite at the Lititz, PA facility
• Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA
• Proficient in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) at a minimum
• Ability to provide their own transportation between home and work location on a daily basis

• Exhibits strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Displays willingness to learn, strong problem‑solving skills and capable of working in a fast‑paced environment
• Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
• Demonstrated experience with Minitab or other statistical tools, Tableau, Power
  
  BI or similar dashboard / reporting tools
• Passionate about the consumer health industry

Hourly pay rate for new hires in this position ranges: $20.00 – $45.00. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job‑related factors.
