Opportunity

Fenner Precision Polymers (Fenner PRP), a Michelin Group Company, seeks a Divisional Vice President of Finance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Executive Leadership

As a key member of the Divisional Steering Group (DSG) provide financial leadership to shape and articulate the organization’s strategic plan.

  • Act as a strategic partner to DSG, providing financial reports and analysis to guide data‑driven decision making at all levels.
  • Lead M&A strategies and tactical steering of M&A related activities.
  • Coordinate all legal topics for the business.
Finance Team Management

Oversee and direct the finance teams (Financial Planning & Analysis, Controlling, Accounts Receivable & Payable, Fixed Assets and Credit) across four countries.

  • Lead forecasting and budgeting process in partnership with DSG from strategy to operational steering.
  • Provide impactful financial reporting and analysis to all levels of the organization to facilitate timely fact‑based decisions.
  • Ensure scalable accounting and control processes with clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
  • Ensure the conformity and compliance of legal statutory reporting for all entities supervised in all countries where we operate.
  • Leverage the digital enterprise architecture to support simplification and efficiency of financial and steering processes, hand in hand with the ISIT digital transformation teams.
  • Develop and mentor talent within the global Finance organization for optimum employee experience.
Risk Management and Compliance Leadership
  • Understand and mitigate key elements of the company’s risk profile globally.
  • Provide leadership on global compliance programs and activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
  • CMA or CPA certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive and leadership experience in a strategic financial leadership role.
  • Global manufacturing industry experience highly preferred.
  • M&A experience highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership record with demonstrated excellence at building and engaging a high‑performing team while being a leader among peers.
