This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting/finance career who enjoys working with data and supporting a variety of processes in a collaborative environment.
This role sits on a high‑impact team supporting multiple client groups and offers strong exposure to invoicing, reporting, and operational finance—without being a traditional, GL accounting role.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Support invoicing and billing processes across a portfolio of clients
- Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis
- Handle select AP/AR responsibilities and cash‑related activities
- Work with large data sets using Excel to identify trends and ensure accuracy
- Partner with internal teams to support ongoing financial operations
- Contribute to process improvements and day‑to‑day workflows
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, billing, or similar (internships count!) OR 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Comfort working with data, systems, and recurring processes
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and team‑oriented mindset
- Hands‑on experience across multiple areas
- Strong team environment with built‑in training and mentorship
- Stable organization with long‑term growth opportunities
- Ideal for someone looking to build a well‑rounded accounting/finance foundation
