Lead Financial Analyst
Role reports to: PLANT CONTROLLER.
Location:
North America, United States, Pennsylvania, Lititz. Work environment:
Hybrid.
The Lead Financial Analyst will partner with the Controller supporting the Lititz, PA manufacturing site. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide financial guidance to the management team as it delivers both short and long‑term goals while supporting monthly and quarterly financial closing and reporting requirements. The individual will proactively identify associated risks and mitigation plans in partnership with management.
The role also supports the Leadership team in identifying, evaluating, and selecting key initiatives to achieve overall goals, including providing support to a regional finance team in support of overall consumer sector strategy.
- Engage as lead site finance business partner for the manufacturing facility.
- Provide decision support to partners by developing thorough financial analysis while cultivating both internal and external partnerships.
- Support the development of the plant long‑range financial plan in partnership with various groups, translating insights into cost‑effective, value‑adding solutions while creating a roadmap to achieve long‑term financial goals.
- Ensure the monthly financial closing process is completed in accordance with local and corporate requirements and reflects an accurate financial position.
- Prepare reports on actual results of current expenditures related to the budget, explaining variations, while monitoring key financial metrics and performance indicators.
- Support the annual budget and forecast updates, including standard setting.
- Actively participate in corporation meetings and keep senior management informed on the current financial position and risks of the company.
- Ensure quality and compliance in all actions, fulfilling all regulatory requirements on a timely basis.
- Support both internal and external audits, providing assistance during audits to comply with accounting standards, company policies, procedures, and rules, and regulatory agencies.
- Demonstrate and inspire the behaviors that reinforce company values and the quality statement in all activities within and outside the company.
- Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting related field.
- Ability to work in cross‑functional teams and influence others in a matrix organization.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication, and interpersonal skills as well as strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
- Requires on‑site work fostering company culture and enhancing collaborative teamwork.
- Business experience in at least one of the following areas: finance supply chain, cost accounting, finance, or supporting a manufacturing environment.
- MBA and/or CPA or CMA.
- Competitive base salary range: $90,100.00–$, based on location, experience, education, and other job‑related factors.
