What you will doThe Lead Financial Analyst partners with the Controller supporting the Lititz, PA manufacturing site. Primary responsibilities include providing financial guidance to the management team to meet short- and long-term objectives, supporting monthly and quarterly financial closing and reporting, proactively identifying associated risks and mitigation plans, and assisting the Leadership team in selecting key initiatives to achieve overall goals. The role also involves supporting a regional finance team in alignment with the overall consumer sector strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Engage as lead site finance business partner for manufacturing facility
- Provide decision support to partners by developing thorough financial analysis while cultivating internal and external partnerships
- Support the development of the plant long‑range financial plan, translating insights into cost‑effective, value‑adding solutions and creating a roadmap to achieve long‑term financial goals
- Ensure monthly financial closing process is completed in accordance with local/corporate requirements and reflects an accurate financial position
- Prepare reports on actual results of current expenditures relative to the budget, provide explanations for variances, and monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators
- Provide site support for the annual budget and forecast updates, including standard setting
- Actively participate in corporate meetings and keep senior management informed of the current financial position and risks of the company
- Ensure quality and compliance in all actions, fulfilling all regulatory requirements on a timely basis
- Support internal and external audits, provide assistance during audits to comply with accounting standards, company policies, procedures, and rules, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Demonstrate and inspire behaviors that reinforce company values and uphold quality standards in all activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a finance/accounting related field
- Ability to work in cross‑functional teams and influence others in a matrix organization
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
- On‑site work required to foster company culture and collaborative teamwork
- Business experience in finance supply chain, cost accounting, or manufacturing environment
- MBA, CPA, or CMA credentials
Annual base salary range for new hires: $90,100.00 – $
