FP& A Manager - Manufacturing Finance

We are seeking an experienced FP& A Manager to partner closely with manufacturing, operations, product, and supply chain teams within a product‑driven environment. This role focuses on product costing, margin analysis, forecasting, and operational decision support, making it ideal for finance professionals with strong manufacturing exposure.

Key Responsibilities

+ Serve as the finance business partner for a global manufactured product portfolio

+ Own budgeting and forecasting for volume, revenue, COGS, margin, and cost initiatives

+ Analyze product‑level profitability including material, labor, overhead, yield, and scrap

+ Support pricing, mix optimization, and make‑vs‑buy decisions

+ Lead standard cost updates, variance analysis, and margin improvement initiatives

+ Build financial models to support new products, capital projects, and CI/Lean efforts

+ Present monthly manufacturing and product performance results to leadership

Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)

+ 7+ years of FP& A or manufacturing finance experience

+ Strong understanding of standard costing and manufacturing cost drivers

+ Proven experience partnering with operations and plant leadership

+ ERP and Power BI experience preferred
