As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Lititz, PA at the Lititz Branch.

A Personal Banker acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, manages the customer experience, and collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet. The role includes positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty, engaging customers through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, effective lobby engagement, and delivering full PNC conversations to identify appropriate solutions.

Success requires a customer‑focused approach, budget and risk management, and adherence to policies and procedures.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners and community Centers of Influence to grow customer share of wallet.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
• Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems to drive loyalty.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies, demonstrating sound judgment and loss‑avoidance scrutiny.
• Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent, with related experience or product knowledge.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong customer‑focused mindset, knowledge of values and practices that align with customer needs.
• Effective risk assessment and management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in leveraging technology for sales and service.
• Comfortable working in a team‑based, high‑volume environment.
