The purpose of the Teller position is to provide accurate and efficient processing of members' financial transactions to ensure high levels of member satisfaction and to maintain accurate record keeping of member accounts. This role contributes to sales goal attainment for department and organization goals, primarily by identifying members’ product and service needs. Learned established processes and procedures provide a prescribed list of solutions for any member issues encountered.
With no budgetary responsibilities, this role provides banking services, facilitates member transactions, promotes Members 1st and its services/customer service and supports general branch office operations and processing. This position has moderate supervision of work and conducts various member account transactions, educates members on Credit Union products and Services, performs balancing procedures and end of day procedures.

- Sufficient manual skill for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment.

- Ability to work extended evening and weekend hours and to travel to other locations to provide extended hours coverage
