Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist

A rewarding contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide coverage at an elementary school in Lititz, PA. This position is ideal for candidates holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in speech‑language pathology or completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), with experience in pediatrics and school‑based settings.

This role involves managing a caseload of approximately 57 students, including consult‑only cases and support for a self‑contained K‑2nd grade Autistic Support classroom.

The SLP will have a private office space suitable for small group sessions, providing both a professional and comfortable environment for therapy delivery.

• Licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist with expertise in pediatrics and school settings
• CCC or CFY eligible candidates welcomed
• Ability to manage a moderately sized caseload effectively
• Experience working with students with diverse communication needs, including autism spectrum disorders
• Strong organizational and communication skills for collaboration with school staff and families

• Duration:
  March 9th through June 5th (covering FMLA leave)
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM (flexible within school hours; students arrive at 7:45 AM and dismiss at 2:35 PM)
• Contract assignment for the current school year
