Your Role Matters

Premier Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant - OTA in Lititz, PA to help patients strengthen everyday skills and confidence through practical, goal-driven therapy.

In this role, you will:

• Implement established treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
• Record patient progress clearly and share timely updates with the care team
• Reinforce functional outcomes such as ADLs, mobility, and adaptive techniques

Qualifications/skills:

• Current OTA/COTA credential and applicable state licensure
• COTA outpatient experience preferred but not required

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant - OTA, you'll start by reviewing the day's schedule and patient notes, then move through focused treatment sessions with time built in for clear documentation. You'll touch base with colleagues between visits to stay aligned on patient progress, adjust priorities as schedules shift, and wrap up by organizing follow-ups so the next day begins smoothly.
