Bomberger's Store is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our Lititz team. You’ll support employees through recruitment and onboarding and handle day‑to‑day HR operations, HRIS data, benefits, and leave coordination while maintaining confidentiality and strong service levels.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR or SHRM/HRCI certification with 2–4 years of related experience, familiarity with HRIS and ATS, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
