Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join a dynamic team. • Lead the design and implementation of software solutions that support operational and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, and vendors to guide projects from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and propose solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Influence technology strategies and contribute to the development of organizational standards.

• Strong experience in implementing software systems and streamlining processes.
• Excellent communication skills to document solutions and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and requirements analysis.
• Professional certifications such as IIBA or equivalent are a plus, but hands-on experience is equally valued.
• Strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to drive projects independently.

• Annual salary: $85–95k
  , plus lucrative bonuses based on performance.
