Senior Administrator – Miscrosoft Windows, Microsoft Servers RDS, Touch Services

Provide L2 deskside and depot support for end-user devices.

• Provide L2 deskside and depot support for end-user devices.
• Support Manufacturing (MLL) workstations & compliance process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Handle laptop/desktop builds, imaging, and deployment.
• Manage asset tracking, inventory, and lifecycle activities.
• Support new hire onboarding (NH builds) and refresh activities.
• Coordinate with vendors (e.g., DHL, OEMs, Xerox) for repairs and logistics.
• Ensure adherence to SLA and ticket resolution timelines.
• Update and maintain accurate ticket notes in Service Now.
• Provide onsite support across multiple locations, with flexible scheduling.
• Handle escalations and critical incidents with ownership.

Lititz – 400 West Lincoln Ave – 3 days/week (Mon–Wed)

Fort Washington – 7050 Camp Hill Rd, Building C – C0540 – 2 days/week (Thu–Fri)

Maximum Salary (US): $88,000 | Minimum Salary (US): $54,000

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based bonuses subject to company policies.
