Senior Administrator – Miscrosoft Windows, Microsoft Servers RDS, Touch Services
Location:
United States – Pennsylvania
Provide L2 deskside and depot support for end-user devices.
Key Responsibilities- Provide L2 deskside and depot support for end-user devices.
- Support Manufacturing (MLL) workstations & compliance process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Handle laptop/desktop builds, imaging, and deployment.
- Manage asset tracking, inventory, and lifecycle activities.
- Support new hire onboarding (NH builds) and refresh activities.
- Coordinate with vendors (e.g., DHL, OEMs, Xerox) for repairs and logistics.
- Ensure adherence to SLA and ticket resolution timelines.
- Update and maintain accurate ticket notes in Service Now.
- Provide onsite support across multiple locations, with flexible scheduling.
- Handle escalations and critical incidents with ownership.
Lititz – 400 West Lincoln Ave – 3 days/week (Mon–Wed)
Fort Washington – 7050 Camp Hill Rd, Building C – C0540 – 2 days/week (Thu–Fri)

Maximum Salary (US): $88,000 | Minimum Salary (US): $54,000
