Senior Technical Business Analysts (STBAs) are trusted partnersto stakeholder teams and development teams alike. They strike a fine balance between managing development capacity with stakeholder needs, while working skillfully to setthe rightexpectationsacross all parties. STBAs own and manageagile sprints, ranging from delivery scope, backlog grooming, leadingstandups, and coordinating solutions with stakeholders, managers, analysts, and engineers. STBAs play a key role in delivering BI & Analytics solutions to the business by communicating progress to stakeholders, identifying & alleviating team challenges, and prioritizing high-value BI projects across our backlog.As
focus areas for 2026, the Enterprise BI & Analytics Teamis deployingnewData Governance and Data Qualityprograms; experience in this area is a bonus but not required.
