The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, data integrity, reporting, and continuous improvement of the company's Human Resources Information Systems and related People Technology platforms. The role serves as the primary functional administrator for ADP and the Jobvite Applicant Tracking System, resolving user and system issues, maintaining configurations and workflows, auditing data, and supporting reliable integrations across the employee lifecycle.

The HRIS Analyst also leads and coordinates HR technology projects, system enhancements, testing, documentation, training, and reporting to improve operational efficiency and support informed workforce decisions.

• Serve as the primary functional administrator for ADP and related HR systems, including day-to-day configuration, business process support, security roles, user access, organizational structures, employee data, and system tables.
• Provide timely support to HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, managers, and employees; investigate and resolve system errors, access issues, workflow failures, data discrepancies, and reporting questions.
• Own HR technology support requests from intake through resolution, document root causes and solutions, and coordinate escalations with ADP, Jobvite, IT, and other vendors when needed.
• Review vendor releases and regulatory updates, assess business impact, configure approved changes, perform testing, and communicate changes to stakeholders and end users.

• Administer Jobvite and related recruiting tools, including user access, requisition and offer templates, approval workflows, career-site content, job distribution, candidate communications, and system settings.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to troubleshoot ATS issues, support requisition and candidate processes, maintain accurate hiring data, and deliver a consistent user and candidate experience.
• Maintain and monitor the transfer of approved new-hire data from Jobvite into ADP and downstream onboarding processes; identify failed transactions, correct data issues, and confirm successful completion.
• Evaluate recruiting workflows and system usage, recommend improvements, implement enhancements, and maintain recruiting documentation, data standards, and system controls.

• Develop and execute recurring audits across ADP, Jobvite, and connected People systems to identify missing, inconsistent, duplicate, or inaccurate records and coordinate timely corrections.
• Maintain data definitions, field ownership, validation rules, operating procedures, and change controls that support accurate and consistent HR data throughout the employee lifecycle.
