the facilities technician supports the daily maintenance, cleanliness, and overall appearance of the facility to ensure it meets the organization’s high standards of excellence. • ensures the facility’s daytime maintenance, cleanliness, and appearance consistently meet established high standards of excellence.

the associate may perform some, but not all, of the following tasks:

• clean machines in the workshop
• change cleaning solutions
• mop and sweep floors
• blow exterior building grounds
• perform general cleaning tasks
• take inventory of real estate operations stock items as needed
• shred documents
• stock kitchens and supplies
• prepare coffee
• set up catering and refreshment areas
• set up and reset meeting rooms
• support projects alongside other real estate operations team members
• provide assistance wherever needed to support daily operations

• basic math skills
• typing and basic computer proficiency
• familiarity with shipping software
• strong attention to detail
• effective time management
• good hand-eye coordination
• alpha-numeric recognition
• basic mechanical aptitude

• high school diploma or equivalent

• new opening in litiz pa, looking for a facilities mechanic here. Looking for an up-beat individual who is looking for a long-term opportunity. Looking for someone with some facilites maintenance experience.
• day shift 8am-5pm
• salary is $50,700
• health insurance plans with options including hsa
• vision and dental included; dependent costs may apply
