Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Moravian Manor Communities, a premier not-for-profit senior living community nestled in the charming town of Lititz, PA, has proudly served older adults for over 50 years. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper to join our team. This position offers a 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. schedule, with
rotating weekends and holidays
.

As a mission-based organization, you will work with a team that is committed to making a difference every day in the lives of those we serve.

• Daily cleaning of resident rooms and bathrooms, common areas, offices, restrooms, hallways, and basement.
• Make beds, change linens, wash mattresses, and wash bedframes.
• Removal of trash bags and recyclables of up to 25 pounds from work area to dumpster.
• Removal of soiled linens from working area, via wheeled hampers to soiled utility room.
• Disinfect housekeeping cart and equipment.
• Clean outside trashcans and sweep outside entrances.
• Complete additional weekly, monthly, bi-annual and annual cleaning and procedures as directed
• Follow established safety guidelines.
• Enjoy comradery with the residents you serve.

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
