The Executive Director provides overall strategic, spiritual, and operational leadership for MDS U.S., ensuring that all programs, partnerships, and initiatives align with the organization’s mission and long‑term sustainability. Reporting to the MDS U.S. Board of Directors, this leader will work closely with the Executive Team and in partnership with the MDS Canada Executive Director to nurture a unified “One MDS” culture.
