We are seeking dedicated Test Technicians in the Lancaster area to join our team across multiple shifts and experience levels. In this role, you will test electronic boards and assemblies for functionality to ensure that products meet client specifications.

Responsibilities- Test electronic boards and assemblies to ensure functionality and adherence to client specifications.
- Work independently on assigned shifts to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Participate in training on the first shift to gain necessary skills and knowledge.
- Engage in cross-training on multiple systems to enhance versatility.
- Associate’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent Military Electronics Experience.
- Hands‑on experience with electronics.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks on off shifts.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a military program is advantageous.
- Willingness to work on 2nd or 3rd shift as required.
The work environment is a clean facility with opportunities for cross‑training across different systems. The available shifts are 2nd shift (Monday to Thursday: 3:30 PM - 1:00 AM; Friday: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM with every other Friday off) and 3rd shift (Sunday through Wednesday 10:30 PM - 8:00 AM and every other Thursday 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM). The client operates on a 9/80 schedule, providing a dynamic and supportive atmosphere.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lititz, PA.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
