Overview
Our client, an electronics manufacturing industry is seeking assistance with Soldering, Wiring & Assembly as part of the electronic production department. The ideal candidate will have manual dexterity, attention to detail, and enjoy routine work which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Manufacturing Associate- electronics
Pay Range: $18, could go higher based off experience
Shift: 1st & 2nd shift available
What's the Job?
- Build final product to print by placing wiring, wiring harnesses, circuit cards, and hardware components within a chassis
- Operate various machines and hand tools to assemble electronic components
- Read and interpret schematics, CAD drawings, or blueprints accurately
- Ensure high attention to detail during assembly processes
- Maintain quality standards and safety protocols throughout production
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Small part assembly experience
- Familiarity with using hand tools in a production environment
- Understanding process instructions & following them properly
- Understanding and meeting deadlines
- Fine motor skills, dexterity, and good eyesight
