Entry Level Welder

Job Title:

Welder / Production Technician – 2nd Shift Essential Skills

• Entry-level welding skills with the ability to operate a welding machine for repetitive production tasks.
• Experience or training in MIG welding, including basic setup, operation, and weld quality awareness.
• Ability to perform grinding and polishing on metal components to achieve a clean, finished product.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow blueprints and internal drawings.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Skill set focused in general fabrication, carpentry, complex mechanical assembly and/or related hands‑on experience.
• Ability to identify materials and hardware used in fabrication and assembly.
• Knowledge of rigging equipment and practices, including concepts such as WLL (Working Load Limit), COG (Center of Gravity), and LAF (Load Application Factor).
• Advanced knowledge and experience using precision measuring instruments and general manufacturing tools for wood, plastic, and metal.
• Proficiency using computers or tablets and the ability to work within business systems and digital tools.
• Effective oral and written communication skills for collaborating with team members and following instructions.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing effectively in a small team environment.
• Ability to handle changing priorities and maintain productivity in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility with work schedule, including the ability to work a standard forty‑hour week and adjust as operational needs require.
• Physical ability to frequently walk, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, stoop, and kneel during the workday.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time while performing welding and fabrication tasks.
• Ability to lift, move, carry, pull, or push up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to reach overhead and work in small, sometimes awkward spaces and positions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Lititz, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Lititz, PA.
