We're looking for a Sander / Finisher to join a growing production team that builds world-class products used in live music, entertainment, and events across the globe. If you enjoy woodworking, craftsmanship, and working with your hands, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for!

• Sand wood cabinets and components using hand tools and power sanders.
• Fill imperfections with wood putty and prepare surfaces for finishing.
• Mix and apply coatings such as paint, epoxy, and lacquer.
• Apply finishes using rollers and spray equipment for a professional-quality result.
• Inspect completed products, perform touch-ups, and maintain a clean work area.

• Experience in sanding, finishing, woodworking, or manufacturing is preferred (but not required).
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and sanding equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Eagerness to learn new skills and assist in other production areas.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.

• Paint preparation, epoxy application, or spray-finishing experience.
• Woodworking, cabinetry, or shop environment background.
• Metal assembly or fabrication experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable working with coatings, finishes, and production equipment.

This is a Contract position based out of Lititz, PA.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
