Requirements- High school diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of CNC experience including machine set up, or related manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, holidays, or alternate shifts when business needs require.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Set up CNC milling equipment with guidance and support from experienced team members as needed.
- Operate CNC milling machines using established programs, work instructions, and production documentation.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, production orders, and manufacturing documents.
- Load and unload materials, parts, and tooling efficiently and safely.
- Maintain productivity levels and contribute to meeting department performance goals.
- Identify, gather, and prepare required tooling and equipment for production runs.
- Adjust machine and tool offsets as necessary to maintain quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Monitor tooling for wear, damage, or breakage and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Perform secondary operations and part finishing tasks during machine cycle times when applicable.
- Move completed parts to designated staging, inspection, or production areas.
- Complete assigned work orders and production schedules while coordinating with supervisors and team members.
- Inspect materials and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Perform routine machine care and basic preventive maintenance activities.
- Follow all workplace safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
- Adapt to changing priorities and production requirements throughout the workday.
- Accurately record production activities, labor hours, and material usage in company systems.
- Support department goals related to quality, productivity, delivery, and cost control.
- Perform additional duties and assist other departments as required by operational needs.

As a CNC Machinist you will set up, operate, monitor, and adjust CNC machining equipment to manufacture precision components according to engineering specifications. You will verify machine setups, inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments, troubleshoot machining issues, maintain tooling, and support quality and production goals while following established safety and manufacturing procedures.
A CNC Machinist produces precision parts through the operation of advanced CNC machining equipment.
