Our Home is seeking a Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00pm-11:30pm) in Lititz, PA. The role focuses on efficient operation, meeting production objectives, and maintaining quality, safety, and sanitation standards to satisfy customers.
You will work with packaging lines, set up printers and codes, perform minor repairs, and support the packing team while adhering to food safety programs. The position requires lifting up to 80 lbs and teamwork across shifts.
